Award winning Presentation Centre
The Roy Halifax interiors and Presentation Centre were designed by U31 of Toronto.
U31’s most recent acknowledgments for design excellence include three Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) Awards in 2015—Best Hi-rise Project Rendering for Beacon Condos; People’s Choice Award for The Academy; Best New Home Design +1,500 sq.ft. for Urban Townhome Collection, as well as winning this year in the best marketing category for the Roy Presentation Centre in Canadian Interiors annual ‘Best of Canada’ design competition.
Additional awards include three National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Awards in 2014: two Silver National Association of Home Builders Awards for private residence, Four Seasons Address and one for 101 Erskine, presentation centre.
